TURNAROUND TIME
You will get a gallery with all photos that turn out well from the session within 2-4 weeks of the session date. Expedited editing option available at $150 for 1 week or less delivery.
BOOKING PROCESS:
- Quick call and/or emailed questionnaire
- Retainer ($50) & contract
- Session day (all payment due by session)
- Post-processing (2-4 weeks)
- NOTE: This is really where the cost of the session comes in aside from the shooting time - after the session photographers put hours into editing and preparing the gallery. It's all a labor of love and we hope & trust that clients understand the value. <3

DO I GET TO CHOOSE MY PHOTOS?
Yes! I make a pass through the photos and remove any obvious outtakes (i.e. eyes closed, hair in face, etc.) but otherwise you get all of the photos that turn out well from the session. That means I dont put a limit on how many photos I include.
ARE THERE OUTFIT CHANGE LIMITATIONS?
No - bring as many looks as you would like keeping in mind that changing time counts during the session.
ARE THERE LIMITATIONS TO HOW MANY PEOPLE?
Until the group hit's 5, it's all included. At 5 people, it would be an extra $50. So if there's 5 people, the package is an extra 50. If there's 6, the package is an extra $100, and so on.
EDITING STYLE:
Vivid, balanced, minimal, timeless. I work through and color correct all the pictures to make sure the grass is green, sky is blue, shadows, highlights, and the skin tones are just right. I also do basic beauty re-touching (blemishes, flyaway's, etc.).
DO PHOTOS COME WATERMARKED?
All purchased photos come un-watermarked.
RAW/UNEDITED FILES
Yes, but they are $300. Most photographers do not sell RAW's.
RETAINER
I require a $50 non-refundable retainer to reserve a time + date for portrait sessions.
PAYMENT
The session-fee is due in full by midnight the night before the shoot.

PAYMENT PLANS
I don't typically do payment plans for portraits but please let me know if this is something you need.
TRAVEL FEES
There is a small travel fee starting at 20+ miles from 80829 and back which is .25 per mile.
COVID-19 CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULE POLICY?
For the 1st cancellation I will just keep the $50 non-refundable deposit and we can schedule again on that deposit If the shoot is cancelled again I require another $50 non-refundable deposit to reschedule.
WILL PHOTOS BE USED FOR ADVERTISING?
Possibly but probably not. I mainly just add them to my site gallery but please let me know if this is something you're not comfortable with.
